Compute Deed transactions use the SWSS-COMPUTE- prefix and transaction type 0x03. Physical servers, GPU clusters, and cloud compute resources are registered as Compute Deeds — enabling fractional ownership, verified utilisation records, and on-chain transfer of compute entitlements.

Each Compute Deed carries an Asset Reference identifying the compute resource (e.g. rack ID, cloud region, CPU/GPU spec), an optional Memo field, and receives a SCP Finality Certificate confirming BFT-backed settlement by 3 of 4 validators.
